| Resume | Hello, I am Orçun KARAN. I was born in Istanbul in 1984. I completed my undergraduate education in Public Relations and Publicity at Akdeniz University, and my graduate education in the same field at Gümüşhane University. I have been working as an Optimum Real Estate Consultant at Realty World Concept for over 2 years. During this time, I have actively participated in real estate buying, selling, and rental processes, working with a customer satisfaction-oriented and trust-based service approach. I have a strong portfolio network in the Konyaaltı region and effectively use digital tools in the office, primarily the REMS system. I possess skills in social media management, developing sales strategies, communication, and persuasion. Additionally, my English proficiency is at an intermediate level.
